Help with WEBVIEW 2 Object. Permissions not Activating?

Currently I am working on a way to Activate the Camera in Android by using the WEBVIEW 2 Object. I have code that works flawlessly with the Default Browser. However, using WEBVIEW 2. I never get the Permissions request from the Webpage.

I also made an Internal HTML String, but yet again. No permission is asked.

DEMO APK and MFA to download:
    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VYk...ew?usp=sharing

    Images:

    1) Using WEBVIEW and the Site with code ( scaled for Horizontal )

    2) Using the Internal HTML ( scaled for Horizontal )

    3) Using the Default Google Browser ( If you use your phone turn it Horizontal )

As you can see, the Default Google Browser has no problems, but the WEBVIEW 2 Object can not run the camera. I believe this is because it never triggers the Permission that Google's Browser does.

    The GOAL:
I want to get the internal HTML to Trigger the Permission, so we could use the WEBVIEW 2 object as a surface for the Web Camera in any device.

Here is the link to see first hand what I am talking about. You can use any device ( Windows, Android, IOS,ETC... ) to run the internal Camera.

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

if it's related to permission, you can maybe trigger it with the camera object, and destroy the object after the app finishes it's loading ?

I tried that as well. I even tried starting the Camera and then exiting it. This caused the app to crash for some reason.

    Thanks for the idea though.
