Thread: Some action on different iterations of same loop

    Some action on different iterations of same loop

    I'm trying to do the next things :

    Start loop A 1000 times
    -on loop A
    - loopindex A=1
    - Print START in string

    -on loop A
    - loopindex A=999
    - print END in the end of string

    Tried to run my app....
    First several milliseconds i see nothing , then boom - and i get START END in string...

    I want to get right after the start - word START, and in the middle - the word WORK, and at the end of this loop the word END.
    Is this possible ?

    Fusion will run your events once per frame, let's call this one "event loop", usually that will cost about 17 ms (if your game runs under 60 fps). The event loop won't stop until you end the application.
    Unlike normal event loops, Fastloops are done in one single frame. Once you start a fastloop, fusion will pause the main event loop, wait until all counts of fastloops are done, then comes back and resumes the event loop. (that's why it's called "fastloop")
    So, the lag might because you put too many events in it or run it too many times. IMO, besides optimization, you also can try using normal event loop instead of fastloop, and you will get "START" immediately, then one "WORK" per frame.
