I have decided to use a grid system for my AI, but have the player controlled by the direction movement.
I have found some really cool examples on the forum here, like SketchyPathFinding, problem is I don't have much clue how I should make my own AI using these examples, so I have been searching for tutorials online, and I also checked out the examples in the clickteam fusion folder like a user suggested.
I have got further towards my goal, but still not close enough to make my own pathfinding AI.
If you can recommend any tutorials or examples on this site for smart enemy movement on grid, I'd be so appreciative and happy.
