No title for executable?

Any ideas how to get an executable to show the game title in the Start Menu?



I'm not sure why it isn't showing, it should do this by default?

If you build it through install creator and then install it onto your computer using the built installation file - then it installs the game and creates the necessary icons for you.

This is for Steam, I've just built an exe and tried to make a shortcut from the game installed via Steam, the name should be embedded in the file, shouldn't it?

You have to name it on the Steamworks website.

I have done, as far as I know, which section are you referring to?

EDIT: It has no name when I add to Start Menu from build.

Instead of on Steamworks then, but in Fusion itself, have you given the application a name in its app properties > About section?

Yeah, it's in there. I can't imagine what would be causing the exe to build without a title, I'm surprised Windows even displayed it like this.

Yeah, that's the first field I filled in back when I started the project, thanks. It's so odd it won't build with a title!
