Yup and I also noticed that Offset does not work with the Background to create an Infinite scroll effect, like with Windows.

Well, I could try explaining it again, but it would still sound the same.

Here is a .mfa and .apk that shows what I am saying.

Running the .MFA in Windows setup for Android, has no issues.
Running the .apk on Android. Nothing but a Black Screen.

    ZIP with both: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1xL...Med9x0Yl9PvDJA

As already mentioned by @pradeep, Transitions do nothing as well. One has to physically recreate the Transition by controlling the X/Y size for zoom or Effect Transparency with a timer. Yet when running in windows, designed for Android. Transitions work like they should.

What was that? It said "XI/002 Motion in 2D/Motion_in_2D_(ENGLISH)_Theory/Motion_in_2_D_001.png" not available. Check the location?

I am assuming to just swap that image with my own, but that wasn't what I was going for. The Offset in Windows works 100%. However, swapping it to Android, leaves a black screen.

    Thanks though for the effort!

    Thanks again @pradeep.

I got the answer I was looking for. Windows Builds ( .exe ), include the image in the runtime. Android Exporter does not, so one needs to provide the image in a library. Then tell the .apk where it is packed, for it to show up and work.

I was expecting it to simply work like an Active with an Image / Windows with an Image in Active Picture. Basically, if you load the Image into the app and not by a file location. The image would be included with the .apk. This however is not the case.

The example you provided works great.

Windows doesn't include the external files in the EXE, unless you select the "Include external files" option (in the Windows tab in the app properties). Files that are included with this option are auto-extracted (in the Windows temp folder) when the stand-alone app starts and deleted when the app ends.

This option is a bit outdated and is specific to Windows. Newer apps now include files via the Binary Data tab in the Data Elements editor. Files included in this tab are included in the app data at build time and not extracted at runtime (except video files for objects like Direct Show on Windows, and except files that you extract yourself manually with a specific action if for some reason you need it). When an object needs one of these files, the runtime loads it directly from the app data. This is compatible with all platforms. And this is what pradeep did in his example. Check the Binary Data tab.
