Working on a Super Mario World Fan Game.

One of my Favorite Games for the SNES, was Super Mario World. Just a smooth game with excellent music for it's time.

Currently, the Game is running at the Original Resolution, with no added extensions to show this game in Full screen. So far, it has worked on my 50" Samsung and my 65" Vizio with no issues.

Here is my other post about the Resolution fix, with no clipping so far. https://community.clickteam.com/threads/106738-Super-Nintendo-Resolution-Compensation

    Made with MMF2.5DEV.

Currently, Control is set for XBOX 360 Controllers. I may add Joysticks and Keyboard to the mix as well.
Here is the startup for now. The Graphics will change, these are just for testing and positioning everything.

    Stay tuned for more...

I have a Weird Animation Glitch, shown below in the video. Any help would be appreciated.

It's very odd, if I go into Crawl Mode and then let go of the controls. Mario goes back into Walk mode instead of Stop. I've Tried to force Stop based on Speed of 0, but MMF2.5 still thinks the character is moving.

Ideas I am going to try:
    1. Creating a New Animation that triggers by pressing the Joystick down or Dwn / Right, Dwn / Left. ( Used this before to fix this same glitch on a different game. )
    2. Assign animation changes to every action, instead of relying on the Platform Object to do it.
    3. Remove Fine Detection.

Has anybody had this issue before? Any solution other then assigning Mario as a static object and making a Ball or Square for the actual Platform object?

Never mind, it was a Glitch with MMF2.5DEV. I simply saved and shut down the Software. Then Restarted MMF2.5DEV and WALLAH! Glitch is gone!

Surprisingly, this works quite a bit when you can't figure out why something isn't working like you'd think it should.

Anyway, here is it fixed without doing any changes to the code.

As mentioned in a previous thread. Be careful. Nintendo doesn't like when people use their stuff and they have a 6th sense for sniffing up fan projects but i hope they won't find this. Looks cool :-)

Yeah, the game play is much different then Nintendo's Super Mario World. Pretty much everything is different with some familiar items and graphics.

Yeah, I am not going to sell this. I am also going to add credits towards Nintendo for Graphics and Music. Game Play is original, and music is Youtube artists. Which I will give them Credit too.

So hopefully, Nintendo does not send a cease and desist order.
