Question Is there any way to fast forward frames?

There is an object I use in my project now, my project is very convoluted right now though so I actually don't remember which object it is or where I got it from but it lets me pause my game and then go forward in slowmotion or frame by frame which is extremely useful sometimes in development.

I wonder if there is some similar object, extension or method to also fast forward in frames? This could also be very useful in development when you launch your frame to test something, for example an enemy that is going toward your hero and you want to test what happens when they collide, it would be very useful then to be able to fast forward the frames to just before it happens, instead of having to wait every time for the enemy to walk over slowly to the hero. Is this possible somehow?

If you tied all movements etc. to a global delta time, you could simply speed up that value and everything would move however fast you want it to. You can search the forum for several delta time examples I believe.
