Question Cannot Advance Frames in HTML5

    Hello folks,

I'm encountering a frustrating situation in a simple project (started it as a One Hour Game Jam game). When attempting to advance to the next frame, the game seems stuck. This seems to be a new issue, but I've made several dozen HTML projects in the past, some considerably more complex than this and I've been able to find solutions. I'm at a loss at this point.

Currently the game is set up to advance to the next frame when an Active Object is visible and a key is pressed on the keyboard. This doesn't seem to respond in the output file, but it works as intended in the editor.

Previously, I had advancing to the next frame connected to the visibility of an object and when the end-stage sound effect is not playing (so it would advance without additional player input). Again, this worked as intended in the editor but the exported version didn't work.

I've deleted the events and remade them, but that hasn't solved the issue.
Making a new upload and refreshing the web cache doesn't solve it.
In all cases so far, it's worked as I'd like it to in the editor, but when I try the HTML file after it's uploaded to the website, it doesn't advance.

I'm out of ideas (and I'd rather not start from scratch if the end result will inevitably be the same), and I was hoping someone here could take a look at the MFA and tell me what's wrong. I'm using CT Fusion Dev v2.5+ on Steam with the HTML exporter. Physics extension is implemented. Attempted in both MS Edge and Firefox.

Any help here would be much appreciated! Thank you!

    Here's the current output file:

Oh! Does that mean that I should do something other than destroying the player object?

I will attempt that next and report back. Thank you for the suggestion.

Your suggestion worked! Thanks for the quick assistance.

I changed the MFA so that when reaching the endpoint, a flag is tripped in the player sprite, and when the flag is enabled the player sprite is moved somewhere off-screen. So the same effect is there.

Both the links above still work. The HTML5 build is working just fine now.
