    Animation won't change on event!

    I have 4 objects that should change their animation to look broken when they are hit by a proyectile in a specific event, but they still look the same after the event. And it's not because of the event not registering, because I made it so that other 4 objects are deleted at the same time of the intended animation change, but they are deleted as intended.

    I have the animation on loop so it's not that it only plays for a fraction of a second and then reverts right back to the default animation.

    Is there something I am missing? Thanks.

    it's possible there's another event somewhere changing the animation to something else - if you upload the MFA file, we might be able to pinpoint more easily what's happening

    Now that you mention it, I think I know what event is not letting me change the animation, and it's inside the global object, so I think I'll have to add a new event that makes it so that the object's events happen unaffected in the rooms that the animation isn't supposed to change. I can't do that right now, but I'll tell you if that works once I do it.

    It was precisely the events I suspected after you told me.

    The object's animation changes depending on if the counter it's related to is in either 1 or 0, so I added a new event which plays the broken animation when the counter is in 2.
