3D Effect? (Not Perspective Object)

Hello.
Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place, this is my first time using these forums.

Anyway, I've been looking to recreate this 3D effect (timestamped) https://youtu.be/3T_DXKGElss?t=193 (Yes I'm aware it's FNAF)

I know it's not the perspective object. The furthest I've gotten is that it's part of Looki's shader pack and uses the XML object. However I have no prior experience with the XML object and I don't even know if it's true. Could I get some assistance from some fellow clickteam users? It would mean the world to me.
