    enemies not always spawning

so in my game im trying to make it where the player gets to customize their own level and battle their selected badguys. i already figure out all that but when the player selects the bad guys they dont always spawn where they need to. for example, if the player selects badguy1 the enemy should spawn on top and bottom, and if they choose badguy4 the enemy should spawn on the left and right. but they dont, they only spawn on one or the other. how do i fix this? thanks filegame.mfa

    I've changed 2 things:

    1. When you have the option ticked - destroy object if too far from frame and you create the object outside of the frame - it is possible for it to be caught by that command - so in the properties I unchecked that. Make sure you manually destroy the objects when they're no longer needed. (For example, when your player is destroyed you need to manually destroy your enemies - just use the qualifier.)

    2. I've encountered problems with Fusion when you run a bunch of events all in the same split second i.e. they must all trigger after 2 seconds. By using a global value that counts up or down instead it allows you to slightly change the values so they don't all trigger in the same split second - which makes your game more interesting and helps Fusion get around to all the commands in time.

I've tested this with every colour combination and it works by me.

I made another example with spawning enemies using x and y co-ordinates rather than a spawn object.

For example if an enemy enters from the left it is created at x -10 and y 0 and then the y is set to a random value equal to the height of the frame - in this case 480 so that it enters from a different y position each time.

It just saves the resources used to deal with your spawn object and does basically the same thing.
