    Handling FPS collisions in Firefly?

    Hello, I'm new to Firefly. I've been trying to make a 3D game from scratch but as one might guess that's not going well, so I decided to try out Firefly for the first time. Before anybody asks, I've already done the FPS tutorial and I know I can handle collisions that way.

    BUT

    I'm using Clickteam's default 2D plane to load and calculate the actual hitboxes and object positions, and then I'm just rendering that into the 3D world.

    I finally got custom textures loaded in and I can start adding the player's movement. However because of the 2D half of the project I'm not sure how to go about handling the collisions. I need to make sure that whatever happens in the 2D world is correctly translated into the 3D world, and vice versa.

    handle the collisions in 2d - dont worry about the 3d collisions

    are you using the objects transposing feature ?

    transposing was explained as part of the tutorial - @ http://library.clickteam.com/firefly/firefly-tutorials/chocobreak3d/page-15/
