I would like to share this shader with you it's converted from shadertoy to DX11;

Include differents console palettes Sega Ms,C64,Zx Spectrum,Cpc464,Nes,Game-Boy,Teletext, Ega,Cga,Bw en so on + fake dithering + Mode
on off shader;

** PS ** Dx9 is very limited i failed to compile entire shader sorry ;
