Clickteam Fusion 2.5 localize tools?

Hello, my colleague is going to develop a new Russian localization, and I found this post: https://community.clickteam.com/threads/97947-What-is-this-all-about
It mentions translation tools:

By the end of Summer we will have built in some tools to Fusion 2.5 that will allow multiple languages insertion much easier and speedier.

Where can I find these tools?
If they don't exist yet, how is it possible to localize Fusion?

Maybe you can check this :

Simply just edit the lang code to Russian and modify the localization string following in general section.
You can translate based on japanese version or franch version which has these language files.

Thanks, that was an option, but I was looking exactly for the toolkit since it was mentioned by Kisguri. But it looks like Clickteam didn't make it.
