Active to go left and right with alterable values

Hi

I want to make a Active to go left and right with alterable values, also with a range and speed if possible?

How can I program this engine right?

Alterable Values:

+ Box X (Start x)
+ Box Y (Start y)
+ Box Range (100 Pixels)
+ OnOff (switch or toggle)
+ Speed (Speed 1 pixels)

warning, if xspeed is "big", pos x actif will be > startx+xange at the last moment and it'spossible it's a problem.
ex:
xstart=0
xrange=100
speed is 28

xpos will be : 0 then 28, then 56, then 84, then 112. posx actif is a lot of bigger than xstart+xrange and it eventually should be a problem
