    Trying to make a Boulder Dash clone and stuck getting Boulders falling correctly...

    As the title states, I'm attempting to make a basic boulder dash clone and bearly started it and already encountered a boulder in the road.

    I've got a boulder to fall after the player has moved from under it but it doesn't seem to fall correctly, I've spent nearly 2 full days on this problem and feel I've made some progress tonight with it but I can't get it right.

    I'm attaching my MFA if anyone wants to take a look at it.

    I commented on some stuff but with the boulders, I've gone through a few attempts so not commented on that code.

    If someone can take a look at it I'd greatly appreciate it.

    When you post - in the bottom right there's an option Go Advanced - click on that - it opens more controls for posting and from there you can click on the paperclip to attach something - or scroll down to manage attachments.

    Thanks fredetmumu, going to take a look at it soon.

    I've checked it out and very grateful, it's surprising how simple it was to get it working, I was making it way to over complicated...

    Also thanks for commenting on the code you did, wasn't expecting that. makes learning from my mistake a bit easier.

    You're welcome, it's not the easiest method to understand because I use a single detector and a loop to make it go under each rock, the easiest would have been to create one detector per rock
