When laucnhing/building project File Error occurs

I found a project that I had been developing for a long time on ctf 2.5 build r284.10 and now trying to run it on ctf 2.5+ build r292.29 I get "File error".
But at the same time I can change the project and so on, but I can't run it.
Antivirus is disabled.
What should I do?

I see you have Fusion 2.5 for Steam. Is the 2.5+ DLC also the Steam version?
