Commissions from 30% to 15%
Hi, I just read that Google will lower its revenue share from 30% to 15% on July 1st this year and so will Apple until a $ 1 million profit is achieved. I would like to know if anyone knows if this commission will be set for advertising earnings? because I have read about purchases, but nothing that talked about advertising

I know that it's already the case for Apple since january 1st 2021. They now take 15% instead of 30% on in-app items. So i guess Google will do the same on in-app item only. Google Ads is something really different that follow different rules i don't know how much they take on every view.

This is for playstore sales only , funny fact I though google tax for subscriptions was already at 15 percent in comparison to in app purchases which was at 30% , I guess there will be no google cut reduction for subscriptions ..
