    Question strange numbers entered into counter

    Event editor set a counter to 75.1 becomes 75.09999999999999
    75.4 = 75.40000000000001
    75.5 = 75.59999999999999
    75.9 = 75.90000000000001

    anyone else got this too?

    Can confirm this too. You're right, it changes the numbers according to just the same as it is for you.

    It's just the usual issue related to the fact that not all values can be expressed exactly as a float - google "floating point arithmetic" for an explanation of why that is.

    In case it makes it marginally less annoying, it seems that if you separate the number into integer/float parts, as below, you won't see the crazy decimal places (though you'll no longer have a single number either)

    It starting to make sense now, Computers use Binary while we humans use Decimal system to calculate.
