Many extensions fail to build - is there a solution?

Ever since Google decided they support only .aab builds, build api minimum 30 and Android 11 targeted, most of my .mfa's won't build.
When I trouble shoot the issue, if I get rid of extensions (like 9 slice or Clickteam's official InApp Review), it suddenly builds.

Is there a simple workaround this issue, to build with all extensions?

I tried inApp Review from Clickteam, yes.
I've paid again to the private developer haoujey for his plug in in the store, and it works just fine and builds (with a version he sent me on a private message - his clickstore version doesn't build as well).

not sure why, just build again an example with all these extensions and seems fine, here, are you using a runtimeandroid without any modification and of course androidX version?
