Raycaster crashing on on Windows10

Hi There
Just purchased this and having random crashes. Tried compatibility mode but no joy.

The map editor works intermittently, I created a map but every time I get the editor running, loading my map crashes the app.

Has anyone had any recent success with it on Windows10?

If not - how does one get a refund?

I wished I'd spent more time on this forum before making my purchase. As all the post where older I stupidly assumed that all the issues must have been ironed out - seeing as it's still for sale in the shop.

You mean the editor? If so, yeah, that won't even open for me, crashes on load.

It's honestly a really old extension and editor, it was seems to have problems with modern operating system

Thanks for your reply. Yeah, I see that now :-) . I know it's a bit petty asking for money back but I'm surprised it's still up for sale so kinda wanted to make apoint.

The link you sent doesn't seem to give me the chance to discuss third products - just Clickteam ones.

In my online order was the option to contact the original seller so I'll see what happens
