Which extension do you use to handle .CSV files?

Hi, I am used to saving data into a .csv files while making my project.
I was using MagicDeque to load .csv and return data from it. As I was be told the MagicDeque is buggy. Somebody told me I should use the ListView obj.
But as I tested, The ListView obj can not automatic get the size of .csv files' columns.
And if you havn't set the column size before, the data can not be load correct. You will lose the data in the back columns since you do not have enough column size.

So I am asking which extension do you use to handle .CSV files?
I think maybe I will use the magic deck still. It loads the UTF-8 are all correct as so far.

Are you loading the CSV data into an array?

I also use Magicdeque for that (I made a little crappy MFA for loading CSV into arrays). It's the only one that will respect commas within quotations as a single cell, like this:

String1, String 2, "Hello, this is String 3", String 4 etc etc

I haven't had any issues so far, was there any bug in particular that was causing problems? IMO if its working for you, then may as well keep using it. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"

ODBC can retrieve a lot of info from a lot of databases like SQL and ofc .CSV files, refer to the object's documentation
You will have to make your own grid system though if you want to display them in a grid, or just use the listview object as it can retrieve and display info at the same time
