If I understand what you want to do...
The cutscene will be only play once if you success the first level, even your exit the game and play again ?
If its that why not just use global value 0 or 1. Once the cutscene is played for the first time the Global Value will be set to 1. You save this global value to the ini, so you can restore the global value when your start the game. Then in cutscene you add the line :
    Start of Frame
If global value X = 1 > Go the next frame (Loading 2)

@girwars ok so i took your advice and instead of using the score i just made another global value "Cutscene Count" and used that. here are the changes i made: in frame "arena 1" on lines 1 and 2 i changed if global value Cutscene Count equals 1 then the player will go to loading, and if it equals 0 then they will go to the cutscene, and on the same frame i set "Ini 2" to file name "Cutscene Count Example". on frame "cutscene 1" on start of frame i set the Ini file name to "Cutscene Count Example", and when the when dialogue_counter equals 8 the global value Cutscene Count will be set to 1, and then the Ini will set the global value Cutscene Count to 1. i tried this out and it works but only if you stay in the game, when you exit out the global value gets set to 0 again, im not sure how to make it stay 1
