Infinite Background Scrolling Problem

I opened an old project that I used Infinite Background Scrolling in html, but I noticed that scrolling is not working anymore in the html version, only in the windows version.

Does anyone have any idea what I can do to make html version work like the windows version?

Oh a change was made in the code, if I revert this change it will work, I will ask Yves about this.
