    Forget my previous comment, was thinking about time out but in reality it just create a "delay" before to trigger the acknowledge. I still don't see the utility of this.

    Does anyone know when this has been added? Seems that i've lost a lot of money because of this 3 days refund on my unique lifetime item in a previous game. All the orders has been refunded with no information about it.

    @dobermann first question, do you consume or keep the article for life?

    If you consume, no need to acknowledged, if you do, you need to do acknowledge.

    I will try to make a general example that anyone can use

    Yeah i saw that auto-consumme was okay, and that's what i use for almost everything. But i have one game where i sell "no-ads" items. And then people can remove ads and get refund from this purchase since august 2021 and i hadn't any clue about that. Sadly, I've lost a lot of money on this game... I've updated the game with the acknowledge thing and added an event "if refund > remove the no ads item" so this should never happen again.

    I'm tracking them right now, i will know on january 10 and later if it works. Btw, hard to tell what version was used to buy the item, so maybe i'll have to wait some weeks to be sure everyone has updated their game version.

    Update: I think i've fixed it. Got rid of all the global events that could've been triggering the error 12, and I haven't seen mass refunds after 3 days ever since. I also made a few events structure improvements. I'll wait a few more days to see if that was actually the cause of it, hopefully it won't start mass refunding again

    @Hyoct, when you refer to mass refunds you see them in order management?, if so can you show me a report of these occurrences for one buyer by PM

    For it seems fine, no more refund (when item is bough with the new version that include the acknowledgement).
