Background not loading on a specific devices

Hi,

A QA from a publisher that I plan to work with has reported a specific problem that so far has been found on just a single device -Huawei Y5 2018:
Part of the background does not load.
7210 - Reopen - Round 2 - Action phase - Background image does not display.jpg

So far I haven' seen this error on any other devices (it is not there with Samsung's phones/tablets ; it has been tested with some Huawei models as well and still no error).

Any ideas ?

Check the size of your background image. If it's too big, it will not load on some devices.
