Are you sure those are in the correct Effects folder? Seems like it could be another separated installation...

1. Did some exploration, Fusion only support ANSI here, so change the format to GBK or else can display non-English characters.

It may be a bug that stops fusion display UTF-8 characters here @Yves
2. Check the code file, maybe it's corrupted.
3. Try removing non-English characters. In most cases it will just break the description but it may also break the shader, IDK.
4. Maybe due to a duplicated installation as NaitorStudios said.
