The official array object update request

Is it possible to add Alterable values from the properties panel to the official Array object?

Alterable values allow me to better compare other data.

I can only compare multiple identical arrays by fixed value now.

Set all the value in a block (using a pair of 3D coordinates) to a value.

I can now only set the same value in multiple different locations with a quick loop.
