I want to use Panorama shader on Android device, can anyone make this shader?

The OpenGL shaders cannot sample the background at the moment, meaning it wouldn't work.
The only possible way of doing this would be applying to an object, then it would distort that object alone, but scrolling wouldn't work
Unless it was modified and include a scrolling parameter for the shader, which would be a lot of work...
