How can I download examples from forum Theards

I've had an account on the forum for a long time, but I can't download examples (mfa file) from this forum.

For example, on this page https://community.clickteam.com/threads/99526-Point-amp-click-games-exemple I can download these two examples:
Point & click inventory.mfa
Point & click text blit.mfa

When I click on the example, a page with this text appears.

Most of these examples uses features and objects that are only available to the paid versions of the software.
Do you use Free, Standard or Developer? Which build number?
