Lacewing client is shutting down Fusion when I insert the object

Lacewing client is shutting down Fusion when I insert the object.
I tried updating using manager and that didn't work.
I tried downloading and installing from dark-wire and that didn't work.
I'm using Fusion version 294.10
Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you have the latest version of the extension by getting it from http://dark-wire.com/storage/extlist.php. If it still crashes try running this patch tool that Phi made: https://dark-wire.com/storage/UCT%20Fix%20Tool.exe. Also just to confirm, you're talking about Lacewing and not Bluewing, right?
