OUYA export doesn't work, can't select Android 4.1 in dropdown (only Android 4.4)

I know, the community is for tracking bugs, since it is a very major thing missing here.

On all promotion it says export "Android / OUYA", but in the version of Steam from January 4th 2023 (294.14) I could not change the Android version lower then version 4.4. To have a legit export for the OUYA with an APK it has to be API 16 (Android 4.1).

What I am asking for is neither a bug, nor a feature request. It is something missing I payed for which was there back in some versions.

So maybe it is now both, a bug, because the export does not work for the target device, even if Clickteam Fusion 2.5 does all right. So it might be a feature request, but it isn't either, because it was there at some point.

I understand that the OUYA is not the hottest thing anymore. What I am asking for, is not any other support, but making it possible to select Android 4.1 with the OUYA export again, even Android 4.1 might not supported by Google anymore.

Hi,

Ouya device format can only be built with previous version of the Android Exporter.

Support ended when device was removed from market and was in collision with Google framework requirement.
