Open file explorer and upload new image to object

Hi, just like title says, I have tried to search for this but it feels too nuanced to be googled. I come humbly back to the forums for your help.

I have two objects. When I click on one of them, it should open a file explorer. After this someone should be able to select a png, and it will replace the image of the second object. Ideally it should always be snug against the left upper corner of the screen. I have done lots of simple things for myself and friends in clickteam, but I've never done this. I know so little I dont even know where to start looking! This is Windows version exporting to a .exe file. Any help would be appreciated.
