Question Free version and possibilities : very urgent

    Hello,

I have to make a POC for a small application and I can't figure out how to do it with this version, or if I should buy the pro version.

    Summary:

I have a database of objects (SQL or Excel file) and I need to be able to make a GUI that allows me to move objects from an inventory to a quote or enter an opportunity or maintain an inventory visually.

Any action must impact the database in real time by updating it or by generating a quote file or an invoice that impacts the database in modification (inventory update).

Concretely, is this feasible and if so, what version do I need and how much do I need to achieve this?

    Thank you for your advice

PS: It should be integrated into a web page in the long run I forgot to specify it

If you need to work with those files and do it in a web page, this probably isn't going to be possible with Fusion, but definitely not with the Free version.

You can definitely write to online databases using php scripts and Get object (in Free version, maybe you could call some functions with HTML5 object)
Example, you can find some online highscore projects in the forum that should give a glimpse of how to do it, although I must say that most of these need to be updated to newer versions of PHP and it will only work on hosted on a paid server (or if you host your own, but I have no idea how that goes for databases).

As for reading Excel files, you might be able to read if you export it as TSV/CSV, and I believe there are tools to convert Excel files to Array for example, but this part will most likely only work in the paid version of Fusion, exported for Windows as an executable file instead of HTML5.

thanks for all your answers but for a simple POC it becomes very tough and seems not to be possible.
The idea is to flly use native functionnalities of Fusion, not to contourn usage to have a POC.

I am looking fr something easy to use, not for a gaz plant

I abandon the idea with Fusion, thanks a lot!

Modtodays is a useful resource for people who want to watch free TV online. This website offers a wide range of applications that allow you to watch online TV channels from all over the world without paying any fees.
    Thank you for your advice

    Hello,
I think your POC application needs, you can consider Clickteam Fusion 2.5. You should check out both the standard and professional versions to see which one best suits your requirements. With Fusion 2.5, you can create GUIs that interact with databases of objects, SQL files, or Excel. You can perform actions like moving audiences, creating quotes, and updating inventory. Real-time database updates are possible.
