It would be fine to link to the installer but the materials inside can not be distributed outside the installer.

Sorry if this has been mentioned, but I decided to make things simple and installed it to "Multimedia Fusion 2/MMF2 Addon Obtainer" folder... and it would not run properly until I reinstalled it in another location. Specifically, whenever I tried to run the manager it would just open MMF2.

    Re: MMF2 Add-On Obtainer

I just got back to my computer today, after some family events.
I'm also thinking that this virus report is a false positive. I'm taking this seriously though, and took down the installer for now.

I have Avast and am doing a boot-time scan of all hard drives at the moment. I'll be sure to upload a re-compiled version of the installer afterwards. <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

It is indeed a false-positive. These anti-virus people are as unacountable as the weather forcasters. Heh

After finding every single MMF1.5 made exe on my PC (even those not my own) to be infected with this "generic trojan", I noticed that only MMF1.5 made exes were infected, and nothing else.
I then went to my other PC, which had not been online in a few weeks. I scanned my MMF1.5 folder and MMF2AO Obtainer 1.0. Nothing!
Then I updated Avast. Both the MMF1.5 folder and MMF2AO Obtainer were now "infected". Clearly, it's the new virus definitions messing up.
