Questions Regarding Ordering

I've been thinking of buying MMF 2 Developer and I'd like to know if anyone here has paid for it by international bank transfer? Currently I'm unable to use the credit card option for ordering and have wondered how trouble-free "offline" ordering is.

Also, is postage included in the full price/discounted price? How fast have the others on here got their MMF after placing the order? Does MMF 2 come in a normal sized DVD case considering the huge box original MMF arrived in with the gigantic manual?

I'd be very thankful for your answers as they would help me to decide how, when to and whether to buy the product or not.

Yes many people have paid via that method.

When you go thru the shop it will give you the different shipping options based on your location. Then you can select to print an order form with all the banking and communication information.

MMF2 comes in a "fat" DVD case with a small manual inside the DVD case.

How long does it take to process the orders and get them posted? I ordered mine on Thursday but haven't had a posting confirmation e-mail yet. Maybe there are orders ahead of me but basicly it's just me being very impatient... :S

Usually boxes are shipped the same day or the day after.

You should have received the confirmation e-mail, your order was sent on Friday.

Nope, still haven't got any e-mail (unless it arrived to the inbox of the person who paid for my order). But that's great news then! Thanks a lot, Yves!
