Maybe you should make the boxes at the bottom of the pile have sad faces, and the falling boxes have scared faces!

I agree that it would be nice if you could post an animation or video.

I'm really looking forward to this extension - keep up the good work, vortex!

Could it be possible to have objects that move and slide but don't topple? Or some that topple more slowly, as if they when underwater?

Yes that would simply involve changing the friction/gravity. So far frictionless surfaces have been giving me a slight bit of problem, but I will try to fix it.

Re: Status of my physics extension

I tell you what would be cool- Full support for buoyancy!
The equation is Upthrust = weight of fluid displaced, so you'd need to create a routine that would work out what percentage of the object is submerged, then multiply by mg.

ODE almost certainly has air resistance built in, so this could simulate underwater viscous drag.

I did consider a full RBD engine when making my physics engine, but I don't think it was viable using MMF events <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> It doesn't support dynamic rotations, so it's going to look like crap compared to this.
