Static Text and Library Graphic Layer Problem

I created a static text on a frame. I then pulled on a button from the graphics library that comes with MMF 2. The button in design mode is on top of the static text. However, in run mode the button appears behind the static text.

I tried to use "Arrange - Bring to Forward" or "Send to Back" but could not do so.

Do I need to use the layers object to override this behavior? Why doesn't the Arrange functions work?

Re: Static Text and Library Graphic Layer Problem

The Static Text objects are displayed in their own window. The buttons from the library are active objects (if I remember correctly). Objectw displayed in their own window are always displayed above the objects that are displayed directly in the frame (active objects, etc). Use a String object if you want to display an active object above a text.
