Moving platfomrs

This absolutley doesn't make sense. I was working on one game with moving platforms. The character was moving with them like it suppose to. Then I created a new game using the same method I was doing for moving platforms. This time, the character slips off like it does in the 1.5 version. I double-checked the rules in both games and they were the same. I am using a path movement for the platforms. My rules were "PLayer collides with platform>>>stop." IS there something wrong with the game or something? Please help me.

That sounds just fine, you should upload the file. I made a workaround in TGF for moving platforms but that really sucked

Re: Moving platfomrs

There's a much more reliable way to do moving platforms. I made a tutorial once, but it's simple so I'll just describe it here.
Use static movement. Move the platform by setting X and Y coordinates (+- however fast you like). Have an invisible object called "feet" follow your player around. When the "feet" are overlapping, do the same thing to the player that you did to the platform. Your player will smoothly follow the platform anywhere it goes
