    MD5 Object?

    Hi there,

Is there such an object that can make an MD5 hash out of a string. As i want to make my passwords into md5's so that if anyone hacks into my passwords they cannot retrieve the actual password.

Perhaps i could just blowfish the passwords, but md5 could be better...

If you have MMF2 Developer, the QuickHash object can do this.

I think String Parser 2 can also make MD5's out of strings.

Yes, String Parser 2 can do it - set the source text to the string you want to encode, then use mdFive("String Parser 2").
