MMF2 SDK

The MMF2 SDK is ready.

Well, at least the first version, as this version doesn't contain the Transition SDK and the Filter SDK.

This SDK allows you to create :

- object extensions, refer to the ExtSdk.chm file in the MMF2SDK\Extensions\Help folder for more info.
- movement extensions, refer to the MvtSdk.chm file in the MMF2SDK\Movements\Help folder for more info.

The conversion from MMF1 extensions is explained in ExtSdk.chm.
