    Importing animated GIFs

I have a rather odd and annoying problem with importing animated GIFs into the animation editor. Basically the first frame comes out fine, and then for every frame after that it seems to only import the pixels that are different from the frame before, the rest come out transparent. what's really weird about this is that it only happens with GIFs that I've made from scratch, other people's GIFs import perfectly fine, and even other peoples GIFs that I've taken and re-saved work fine :\

has anyone else ever experienced anything like this ? anyone got any idea what might be wrong with my GIFs ?

You could use a program like IrfanView to extract all the frames and than import them into MMF.

yeah :\ I guess I could copy and paist the frames in individually, but with the amount of them that I wanna be doing that would be one hell of a job... especially when you consider that MMF has a function built in that's meant to do this for you :\

There is an option in IrfanView to extract all files as BMPs.
You could than batch-import into the animation editor.

    Re: Importing animated GIFs

It's the type of gif you're using...yes there are two different versions....one saves each frame and the other saves just the changes between frames...
Use your gif creation program to specify not to save just the changes...
