Comparing 2 images automatically

In reply to: http://clickteam.com/center/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/15325/an/0/page/0

Here's an example that can compare 2 images.

Note that this will only work with .bmp images, due to restrictions from the overlay object. If anyone knows a way around this, please post an updated example.

Note: It requires the Overlay object. Alternatively, you can use the QuickHash object to determine if two files are the same.

Re: Comparing 2 images automatically

Bovril very nice example.
I've added a link back to this thread at the click wiki cos I thinks it great.
If you've got your own site with this example you might like to add a link to the wiki so as to generate traffic for your site.

link by the way http://www.erathean.com/mmfwiki/inde...-_working_with

Thanks

I haven't got a site for my examples yet, but I'll have a go at starting one some time.

Re: Comparing 2 images automatically

Good example.

Joined file is the same with percentage.
Comparison is done with pixels comparison but a lots of powerful and better method exists.
