    Doubts about ActiveX

I want to use the Flash ActiveX on a game.
But, what happens if I install the game on a computer that doesn't have installed this specific ActiveX?
Is there a way to install the ActiveX together with the game? Legally?

Thank you for attention and support!!

    Re: Doubts about ActiveX

If your program uses an active X, then you must get them to install the relevant software that includes the ax. So for example if your program is using Flash AX, then you will need to get them to install Flash.

    Hope that makes sense

    Thank you for answering!
You mean they have to install it manually anyway? (sorry if I got it wrong)

    Re: Doubts about ActiveX

My last product used the Flash active x. It is available free from the macromedia site, just fill in an on-line agreement for access to installer files and permission to distribute freely. Then make an installer for your prog that installs the active x as well.
Let me know if you need more details.

    Thank you!!
I tried to search for the on-line agreement you mentioned.. is maybe the "License Authorware Player only" I can find on http://www.adobe.com/licensing/distribution/ ?
