Non responsive system boxes

It seems as if every time I add a new system box to an application it never seems to work. It doesn't change the border colors when clicked on or respond to any "On Active System Box 1 clicked?" conditions. The really strange thing is I was able to get them to work on a previous build. Any ideas?

1) The border colours only change when clicked if you set it to "button" or if you use the "on left mouse click" and change the border that way.

2) Make sure you aren't using the Taskbar Object (with the green icon)

EDIT: I meant on clicked. At least it works with "on left mouse click". The only thing I wonder now is why it doesn't work with "on click".
