    Antialias a rotation angle

    I noticed the option to antialias ink effects in mmf2,
    but must confess that I do not know what it really does.
    I wonder if there is anyway to make a antialias algorithm
    to work with the angle property of an object?
    Perhaps even a quality value to the algorithm for the sake
    of being able to blend a sprite a just a little or in more steps.

    I know it can be demanding without the help of hardware
    acceleration. But it would be a nice option to be able
    to have on a few small detail objects for example.

    I'm agree ! Like scale method (0 or 1) to antialias or not the scale. It could be the same for rotations of active pictures and active objects.

    Exactly!
    I did not know that option was available before,
    but I have now tried it and it is smoothing out
    the result a bit, but I would like to be able to set
    an even higher value of quality.

    Antialias is perhaps the wrong word for it.
    Filtering i possibly more accurate in the world of sprites.
    That is I would need the option of having bilinear or bicubic
    filtering on a select few sprites and their alfachannels.
