The external file (ogg file) was played by using "Play sample file on a Specific Channel".
However, when the built exe file is executed, the external file is not played.

Application properties sound filters uncheck automatic and
check the ogg vorbis box

However, the play of an external file stops when "Play sample" (included file)
is play.
The play of an external file doesn't stop if "Lock Channel" is
executed.
