I'm making a side on platformer, and although the "platformer" active object movement class seems to work most of the time, it seems to be a little bugged. For example, If I jump up against a wall that I cant get past, sometimes it is possible to stick half way up the wall, then jump again and clear it. So far, if I want something to be impassable to the player, I set the player object to bounce on contact with the obstacle. Is that the right thing to do ?
Beginning to think I should define my own controls rather than use the default, would that solve any of the problems.
Could just be i'm not doing something right, so any advice welcome.
