My game has a play area with a number of objects that are present when the game begins. For example, there are trees, which the player can't move through. I can create these manually on the background layer and set collision events on each one - this is fine for when there aren't many objects but this seems pretty tedious for a large number of objects that are basically identical. Worse because there are players that aren't created until after the game starts. Is there any way that I can write an event/script that will create numerous objects when the frame starts and setup various events on each object.
