    Re: SQL Database Object

What format was your MDB file made in? MS Access?

Try and see if there's a way to load the MDB file into excel. Once it's in excel, you can save it as a CSV file and load it using the COPY command in SQLite.

    Re: SQL Database Object

The SQLite engine inside the SQL Database Object cannot read MDB files to the best of my knowledge. Somehow you need to export to CSV or other text format.

I have not used these tools but you can check out:
    http://mdbtools.sourceforge.net/
    http://www.info-pack.com/mdb2csv/

Or write a VB program to do it.
Maybe you can export in many chunks to excel if you have a lot of time.

Perhaps you can use Access to generate a report from the information, formatting the fields in CSV or something else yourself?

Search the old forum for more info on the ODBC object. Rosa Bacardit was the expert, along with Adilson and Jason Darby.
